The Chairman of the Board opened the meeting with a speech of gratitude and appreciation to the team and various departments, praising their efforts in achieving the company's goals for 2024. He emphasized that the successes achieved are the result of fruitful collaboration between all departments and the efficiency of administrative and operational performance.<br \/>For his part, the Project Manager stated that active participation in government projects was one of the key pillars that contributed to achieving the company's targets for the current year. He noted that the company will continue to strengthen its presence in these projects due to their strategic importance. <br \/>The Human Resources Manager also emphasized the significant role played by the training and development programs conducted for employees, which positively impacted the improvement of operational efficiency and overall performance quality within the company.<br \/>The meeting included a comprehensive review of the company\u2019s plans and strategies for 2025, during which ambitious plans were approved to further enhance performance and achieve future goals.<br \/>At the conclusion of the meeting, all company employees were honored in recognition of their efforts, followed by a luncheon that brought the attendees together in a spirit of teamwork.
